Hi. I have a 1982, 35 hp evinrude that's been sitting for about 2 years. I replaced the spark plugs, coils, gas and filter and it won't turn over. Cleaned the carb with a spray carb cleaner. I'm thinking of pulling the flywheel to see what's there. Any suggestions? <br />Thanks.
