82 Starcraft MR 180 floor, slight refit and leaks

Welp, last time out I had water, used bilge a couple times but also had three kids getting in and out so was hopeful. About 35 miles of running yesterday just me and then wife same. Kills me that after 4 or 5 runs with maybe a cup full at the end of the day, this. All that work, two cans of gluvit.

Have you resealed the drain plug and any thru hulls below the water line? Any other equipment down there?

All re sealed when doing the refit and it collects while planing and all thru hull above waterline when on plane. I'm going to put some water in today. When I first started this the water would not drain out due to all the gunk under the floor now that it is all clean hoping I can identify the suspected rivets.

Filled the hull up to floor, found one rivet previously 'fixed' from the PO with jb weld. About on drip every couple three minutes. So since the current leak is significantly less that when I started this I'm hopeful that the on plane pressure is taking in more water than the few inches of water in the hull sitting on the trailer.

That said, any tips on the removal of the jb weld crap plug without damaging the actual hull and having to scab in a patch.

I can grap a pic if needed.

Wire cup wheel on a dremel. There are nylon ones for something less aggressive, but even the steel will be relatively gentle compared to a wire cup on a grinder.
