sounds like a kill circuit could be failing, a pack could be failing or a trigger.<br /> most overheat or lubrication failures are a kinda gradual power loss then quit and usually they dont run well after restart.<br /> usually if its water in the carbs the water must be drained before it runs well again. all leads back to an ign failure. if you remove the black yellow wire from the rubber(amphenol) connector at the pack it removes the kill circuit. be aware there is no way to shut the motor off with it removed other than choking it. also be aware if you touch the pack side of that blk/yellow wire it will lite ya up

. not lethal at all but it will get your attention. its also possible the stator is failing, but if it runs its difficult to test, testing must be done when it quits.
