Hello
I have an 83 Evinrude 15 Hp that for the last few times out would be difficult to turn the throttle handle to slow down. I had to use both hands and twist very hard. If I lifted the handle end about half way the handle would turn. Throttling up was not a problem. Last night however, a few of the "teeth" on the coupler piece between the handle and motor broke off, leaving me at full speed driving in circles until the carb ran out of fuel.
My question is what could be causing the "stiffness" and also where could I purchase some of the replacement pieces for the handle coupler.
Thanks
Josh
