I have been trying to figure out where a blockage might be after checking several possibilities that it might be. I have replaced waterpump kit. Impeller did not look terribly worn whe replaced. I put lower unit back on and have water pumping up the lower unit to motor and out the outlet on the side of the water jacket I believe is what it's called. From that outlet the hose goes to another outlet directly behind motor going down through the case and I'm guessing to the outlet where water exits the hole on backside of housing. When I take the hose of the side of the motor and it's attached to the outlet going down through motor case I try to blow through hose but it's completely blocked between there and final outlet. Yesterday I inspected the thermostat which seemed to be functioning properly and spring moves up and down freely with no blockage. I will ad a few pics. Any help would be much appreciated. I'm at a loss.
