85 johnson 50hp Issue.........

Okay I have a 85 Johnson 50hp compression 148 and 150. Engine starts and runs good Ive rebuilt the carbs and had the lower apart several times. Here is the issue. It is spitting quiet a bit of gas out of the orfice. If you rev it up the gas will stop spitting out yet it will rev up all on its own. The Carb is spotless Float height is perfect. Ran it with a spark gap tester with a 7/16" gap so it is burning the fuel.... What the heck could it be? Here is a vid of it running hope you can see the fuel spitting in the sun light. Thanks for any help!

Is it both carbs? i couldnt quite tell in that video.
It could be the reeds needing cleaning or have broken a finger or your timing is slightly out

It is just the bottom Carb. Just got home from a lake test with it. Ran good I had the idle turned down around 600 and it never stalled. I assume it is ok I'll assume. Yet I am curious about the reed valves. I will check timing just to make sure all is well.
