85HP Chrysler having idle problems

I've been running my motor at low RPM for about 80 hours.

Slowly the motor started to refuse to idle and now it doesn't idle at all.

Does anyone have any idea what my problem could be?

I've done:

- Check on spark plug
- Checked fuel filter
- Carb is clean and not clogged

I'm stuck on the river with five other people, several hundred miles away from home. I know how to work on engines, but I can't figure out the problem.

Looking for suggestions, help!

Try decarbing the motor with sea foam. Chryslers dont like to idle. The idle passages in the carbs tend to clog or gum up with the crap they sell for gas these days. Try the seafoam and new plugs first then you may have to clean and possibly rebuild the carbs.
