I'm hoping someone here can help find a replacement tilt/lock bar for my 85hp force. The motor is a manual tilt & trim. My previous bar is somewhere in Charleston harbor.

Thanks in advance

sc gator.

Got one. It came with my 125. RRitt fixed my tilt/trim so it's not needed. Yours for postage. Pm me.

you should not tow or store without the bracket. If you hit a pothole then you exceed the rated pressure. Usually the bypass valve opens and the engine drops enough to absorb impact. After enough potholes your prop can drag the ground. However, I have seen cases where the pressure was enough to blow out the seal ... at which point engine drops like a rock.

Can't make my PM's go. Only have the tilt/trim bar. The trailering bracket is availiable with a little searching. Do you still want just the bar?
