86' 45 hp Still won't start!

I've done everything on the outboard won't start page. still nothing, get fire, got gas on the plugs, won't hit, cough, or gag! Would it be the switch box, coils? They all have blue spark when I pull them, the starter get more than enough speed? Help???

you have to have some compression along with the rest of that spark and gas.u need to find out what compression range that moter is and test it.if u dont have a tester an auto parts store will prolly rent you one.
