We Replaced water pump and housing and thoroughly cleaned lower unit and thermostat (lots of hard sand buildup). Still only small trickle through pee-hole. Can someone please advise what else may be stopped up? How can it be fixed??

egalvtex79- if there was a good amount of silt and sand in the lower unit and you don't flush your motor each time you return from each use! I would bet there a fair amount of build-up in the water cooling jacket that surounds the head. This is the first cover that is where the head gasket would be by the spark plugs. This area is prone to build up. You would need to remove the cover and clean/scrape clean and the re install both a new head gasket and water jacket gasket. You may be able to do just the outer most one but if your going this far I would do both. One note here is the water jacket gasket is about 15.00 and the head gasket is about 50.00 but you can buy a whole gasket kit for around 80.00 bucks at any Jonnyrude dealer this will give you all gaskets you may new in the future!<br />steve
