Alright, I finally figured out my fuel problem. It wasen't a fuel problem at all it was another hidden short in the wire that goes to the kill switch in the tiller. I found it, got it taped up and everything is fine again. Went to the dealer and they want $95 for the kill switch assembly. When I took it apart I was hoping to find tabs but the wires go straight into the kill button assembly at the end of the tiller. I would like to cut this wire and solder, heat shrink a new wire in there. Where should I cut it? I don't want to get in the way of the throttle linkage due to a bulky wire. Has anyone done this before? Thanks in advance for any help.....Warren

Cant help you on the place to splice. but I have
had good luck keeping it slim by stripping the ends of wires and meshing the ends together kind
of like a finger joint then a light soldering
and heat shrink. It makes a nice slim splice. Also
stager the joints so they dont occur at the same point.
