Are you sure both plugs are firing?

If so, I'll bet it's time for some carburetor work.

hello jon here, i playd a little with fule and mix the motor/carb was orignaly made/set to run
100/1.. this proved deadly to the motor and everyone now runs 50/1.. if ur trolling u can risk
100/1 i personaly wouldnt.. but super gas with 50/1 standard outbaord oil works good. i can now count the rpms @ low idle..a carb rebuild over winter might be also in order,jon.. out

Yeah, both plugs are firing, and are brand new. I saw some places said to run 100:1 but I am running 50:1 and the motor runs super strong. Is a carburator rebuild a huge task?

thanks guys.

my suggestion is 1- do a compression chk. if it
chks out ok .. put a OMC (not jobber) carb kit in there, 21.25 cdn u can walk in to the local dealer with carb .. i did and ask him to show
you.. it took 30/45min to redo mine. yes the dealer likes me, i tipd the 30 yr OMC  vet 10.00
