87 15hp (J15ECUD) No power under load.

It revs Fine in Neutral, but bogs down under load. I've cleaned carb, changed plugs, yet still no difference.

Do a cylinder drop test on it.

They all rev up in neutral.-----They will do that with one cylinder not working.-----Test compression.----Test spark.

Additionally, if it struggles or quits when shifting into gear, the throttle idle speed might be set too low, or the air/fuel mix is a little too lean.
