hey guys .....its seems as though i have nothing but issues this year with this boat. everything was fine and in perfect order when i stored it for the off season.......but now!
first it was the tilt that crapped out....never did figure that out....oh well.
now the motor starts no problem, after idling for a few it starts to skip...thinking maybe it was starving for fuel? or maybe it was overheating....each cyl feels normal and equal temp...water is pumping normally.
could it be water in the fuel...making it skip, and stall.....it restarts easily...but either skips so bad almost like a car when the timing is off, no popping but sounds like its struggling???
vro pump is pumping normal, plugs are gapped properly....im baffled !
maybe ill start with taking the carb off and cleaning it and the airbox thingy....clean the gas tank and lines and a new water separator too...and see where that gets me.
