Could be a leak in your fuel line ---<br /><br />pump the bulb and watch all your lines for a drip

Glad to be of help OutboardJim. I know it will save you a lot of time and effort when you get the hang of it. But getting the actual gauge to measure the actual % leakage will be of huge benefit, especially on 4-stroke motors. I got mine off an old SUN tester out of an auto shop that was been scrapped. Paid $10 for the whole huge thing on wheels, stripped the leak tester out and threw the rest away. So keep your eyes peeled.....

Another update:<br /><br />I finally (!!!) got my boat in the water again yesterday. Work caused me to be way too busy to even think about getting out.<br /><br />Anyway, the new spark plugs and decarb worked wonders. The boat's back to normal.<br /><br />Thanks for all the great advice all!<br /><br />SJF
