88 AQ171 C Volvo (DOHC) HELP!!!!

I have an 88 Volvo aq171c that was taken apart and rebuilt and now I need to put it together, and nothing was marked by the person who took it apart. I have the 1 cylinder at TDC, but I do not know how to align the the double overhead cam. I have a book at it doesn't mention anything. I have marks on the engine that the gears on the cams can line up with but I am not sure if they should both be lined up with the notches on the motor and the gears while the #1 cylinder is at TDC. Can anyone help please?

What book might that be? Oem manual, or Seloc or Clymers/

It looks like I line up the notches on the cams gears with the ones on the motor and cylinder one needs to be at TDC.
