Bought the 88 Capri 1952CK not too long ago and have not had many opportunities to enjoy it. Why, it needs repairs. Thus far I am winning the game, it does run and I have had it in the water. Learned of more problems that day and in about a week, all those problems will have been repaired.
So now that most of the mechanical problems are taken care of, next is the aesthetics, how it looks. It has a couple of scratches on one side that do not look good, but the decals that run near the water line along the side, that is what looks the worst. Can these worn and tattered decals be removed, how? Is there any place one can get replacement decals?
