I've got a 1991 88 special that has been bogging down at trolling speed.Since I don't have a tach, not sure what rpm it's happening at.Occurs when trolling at 9 knots and up,but doesn't happen at slower speeds.Funny thing is that it recovers after only 2 seconds but happens regularly, say every 4-5 minutes.Sounds like a fuel starvation problem...bulb is firm, stream is steady and warm.I've de-carbed,new plugs, new anti-siphon,bulb,in-line filter...I'm stumped.Would the heat sensor shot her down for only a few seconds if it were a cooling issue?

Run SeaFoam through a few tanks of fuel. Sometimes that will clean up the internals of the carb sufficiently. Generally though, removal, cleaning and rebuild of carbs is necessary.
