+1; There are SOOOO many dead end topics, if people are helping to complete or "finalize" an answer on a technical repair topic, I say let em post.

Why put Newbie's thru a shell game, trying to unearth the 1 in 10 chance( some much worse) a topic question results in a confirmed "fix".
