89 125 piston replacement

Haven't taken my boat out for almost 2 years and finally have the money and time to mess with it. pulled the head off and found a chunk of #4 torn at the very top. so now begs the question. do i replace just that piston and rings or replace them all. whats everyones experience

well found a replacement engine for a great price locally cheaper than i can buy the parts for mine
