I have a 3ltr that has given me trouble this summer.I finally thought I had it running good ,Last 4 or 5 times out trolled all day no problem,Last couple times out noticed a squeeking noise from distributor ,took it apart today and noticed that one off the centrifugal advance arms(I dont now the real name of this peice) was jammed on top of it's mechanism.A little tweak with a screw driver fixed it.The boat would not start until I retimed it.Do I have a worn out bushing in my distibutor or something.Or should I get a whole new one?
