Well, sink or swim, I'm now a Bayliner owner. I've heard good, & bad, don't know what to believe, but I was smitten with this old somewhat worn ski model, and had to have it because it was reasonable, and is designed like the 18' Bayliner Cobra ski boat, minus the standard metalflake finish. It has a Force 125hp motor, a roomy bowrider, with reverse facing back to back lounge seats all the way to the rear, a built in collapsable 3 point ski bar, and is lower, and lighter then the regular 19' Capri (in fact the same weight as the Cobra less then 1500lbs) according to Nada. Meaning it is just small enough to be the Max towing capacity for my Hyundai V6 4WD Tucson (under 2000lbs total) Yet, seaworthy, stabile, and hopefully fast enough, and thrifty enough for what I need. IMO the best "Bang for the Buck", but I haven't tried it yet, so we'll see,,, it sure is sleek looking! but it is dinged, and weathered, but a fresh water boat, never bottom painted. It also came with a nice 2002 Venture full roller trailer. By the way, it is rated for 150 HP Max on the tag!,,, Yahoo!!!
