I was recently given this motor with no manual. Every outboard I've dealt with in the past, had a moveable tilt pin, so this design is totally foreign to me. I'm not sure if it's working properly or not because I don't know what the 3 positions are supposed to do, and I can not see any difference in behavior of the motor tilt regardless of which position the knob is in. Any clarification on how this system works or how to properly set the trim would be appreciated.
