89 Volvo Penta AQ271C ignition or carb, maybe something else

iv been following this thread , time to chime in .

recheck that all the wires are on the correct firing order , sounds like 2 are swapped .

take them all off and start from scratch , don't try to just follow the leads , its too easy to get muddled up .

Yes sir, I did that a week or so ago just to make sure. Great minds think alike.
