Runs fine at 1st but then starts to bog down(stall/jerk)at WOT(slows to about 2-3000 rpms)."Feels" like fuel restriction. Swapped fuel line, tank vents ok,bulb firm, filter clean. In nuetral/throttle up higher rpms ok,only looses it when under way. Also when it starts to stall,I CAN DEPRESS THE KEY CHOKE and it will pick right back up(cause it gets the gas?)1st tank of gas after layup & treated with double mix of Seafoam. Maybe mix knocked something loose thats now stuck in carb. Rulimg out(?)powerpack/plugs,electric because takes off when it gets the key choked? Fuel pump would have to working too I assume? Need some more trouble shoot recommends to narrow my track.Should I use "Deep Creep" type into carbs?

You are apparently experiencing a fuel starvation problem since the choke causes the engine to pick up. Starvation is due to several things. 1) clogged or partially clogged jets (high speed in your case) 2) improper float setting or partially clogged fuel inlet (needle & seat), 3) air leak at fittings, fuel pump, primer bulb, 4) restriction in fuel line. Your suggestion that some debris got loose is very possible. Check easy stuff first, but carb disassembly and cleaning is probably needed (spraying carb cleaners through the intake is a waste of time.)

I also forgot to mention that this is converted vro to pre-mix and the cap used to close the vro valve looks like it is now cracked. Can I be sucking air through there??

Cpt - Upinsmoke has it nailed for you. Buy the OMC carb kit & have at it. Not a big deal. Get the OMC shop manual if you don't have one already.
