9.9 Gamefisher

I have a 1998 Gamefisher 9.9 that needs a carb.Anyone know where I can find one.Any salvage yards?The thing has 125 compression on both cylinders I hate to have to part it out just because of a catb. Thanks

Seems to me that is a force with the gamefisher name. If so try and find the carb number unless the carb is totally missing. Force for that year is HO-7A carb and mercury sells them for $86 bucks. Part number is 1304-855772T

No, the 15HP has other unique parts besides just the carb,,, exhaust & reeds, etc...

I'm not an expert but looked into doing some mods to my 7.5HP a while back. I think the previous owner of my outboard made some changes as the 9.9 carb I picked up as a performance booster had a smaller bore than the carb on my 7.5HP.

Looks like mercury is about 7 dollars cheaper. It is the same carb. The last 7 digits are the same.
