9.9 HP Evinrude numbers

I just came across a 9.9 Evinrude that I don't know anything about except that it was running not too long ago. Before I just gas it up I would like to tune it a little but have no idea what year it is. If someone can tell me the year and what they think about these motors ( good or junk )I would appriciate it. Thank You very much. Ser# E065553 Mod# E10ELCUE
