9.9 wont start Help!

I was cleaning this nice 9.9 for sale and I took the coils and power pack off(also put a carb kit in). Took notes of where they all had to go back. And now it wont start. Got the manual no help. any input would be nice.

I dont think I do.If the way im checking is right.(watching the end of the plug)

I am not trying to be mean but if you are not sure how to even check for spark, you had better find someone local to come halp you out.<br /><br />Paul

Will....Take a large nail and cut the head off. Put this into the spark plug boot. Have someone hold the end of the spark plug boot so the nail is about 7/16" from a clean engine ground. Crand the engine. The spark should be a strong blue white spark. You should have this on both spark plug wires. Hold the spark plug boot with a pair of insulated pliers.....it can give ya' a jolt.
