looking to purchase boat with 1995 90 hp evinrude (carbs) boat checked out, compression good on motor, strong flow of water visible from telltell. after running motor for several minutes did not see any water exiting from water ports, motor too hot to touch. possible thermostat sticking? test run thus far only in yard on water hose. any info would be greatly appreciated. thanks
