90 HP Tower of power idles down at WOT

I have not used her in a few years. She was winterized properly and started right up with muffs in the driveway. Out on the river she would take off hard and reach WOT no issues but would slow down to crawl and sometimes even died. I could tool around at 1/2 throttle ok.. Here is a youtube of the WOT issue. replaced fuel line and in-line filter issue resolved.
