You did not mention adding the 140 crossflow intake filler blocks. (a few early 115's also had them.) 322684. You will need 4 pcs. Good for 3-5 hp.

My 90 had them installed from the factory. Ive been dragging that boat around for 31 years and have done all the work to it. It ha never had the manifold off until a few weeks ago. Yep. Theyre in the new 140. I'm not so sure they add any HP at top end. Stuffers are more for filling out the mid range.
