As I took apart the floor, I encountered minor damage compared to yours. rear bulk heads slightly rotted. bump rail leaking in cabin also. I worked on it all last month, at least 3 hours a day and am finally about finished. get some Flexseal. LOL

My rub rail leaks inside the cabin too. Which explains the rot in there. Definitely gotta fix that amongst other things lol. Dang, that floor looks really nice ! I can't wait to have mine look like that again! How fast have you gone in her?

I have had it at 64 on GPS. Speedo said 67. I want a 540 with 600hp natural that will go in soon. Ebay had the carpet and I paid $160 shipped.

Ohhhh, a 540 would be lovely! I'm keeping it as a spare for parts and whatnot for right now

Are both upper back rests for back seat rotted on each boat? The wood framing? Will be the hardest section to redo.

I need to change the rub-rail on my Senza, my mechanic says there's no rubrail in the market that would fit this boat since the upper and lower deck have a unique shape to it does anybody know where I can get rubrails for this? Any help help is appreciated

Shanklebody- the green boat seat is rotted horribly, the white one is actually in great condition minus a small rot spot which I'll just patch in a piece. Yea I hear ya tho, that is a tough section to do properly.

Gtasenza- unfortunately I haven't found any replacement rub rails and I've searched all over the internet. Luckily for me, my white one is in decent shape so I can wait out trying to find a new one. I would try to call Larson themselves and see if they can help, I know it's a long shot but might be worth the trouble

They have none out there for bump rails. A suburban totaled itself on my rear left step while parked on the street so we looked hard. lol

Dang, that stinks, at least it was minimal. That rub rail doesn't look half bad actually. What brand is that?

Taco I believe. But not the right type to clamp on the L connection of upper and lower shell. I just used flex seal because the guy was not the sharpest when he was drunk repairing it. Sober he is great. Leaking somewhere behind base of bump rail where repaired . My head on thermostat side is off because of a leaking GLM riser. Beware. Have all back from machine shop and ready to get it back on. Under 200 hours on internals. BOATS! Still under $500 though. lol V.P. of Greene Turtle was just here looking at the boat surprised its so old. lol
