90hp lower unit to 120

I am needing a lower unit for a 1994 V4 120hp. I found a 1990 v4 90hp lower unit. Will it work on my 120??

May have to check driveshaft length.----Will have to change shift rod.----Shift rod need to be set at the correct height.

Both lower units are the same part number so you should be good.....this assumes they are both the same shaft length.

Will need to swap driveshaft to make work as one is CF and other is looper
