91 force 150hp rectifier/regulator

I think my rectifier/regulator is bad I dont get any change in battery voltage when the motor is running. Is there a way to test and where is the best place to get a new one. It has 4 wire coming out of it One red one gray and 2 yellow.

If your motor is a 1991, it should have a rectifier with 4 studs sticking out of it about $50. Google " rectifier 155-9450 " About $90.

If it is a 1992 or later, or the serial number starts with OE 000003, then it should have a sealed rectifier with the wires sticking out of it.
