91 reinell

I have just purchased this boat and I need to find a manifold the motor is a I/O GM block 4 cyl. 3.0L 140 OMC cobra outdrive HO . It has a 2brl holly carb that runs across the manifold. I have done some research and found that the manifold is specific to the year. The reinell dealership in salem,OR told me that there is no part number that transfers for a replacement. Also, the heads were changed which in turn changed the manifold. I have called everywhere from TX to Canada with no luck. IF ANYONE HAS ANY IDEAS please please let me know. The casting # I believe is 986984

Is it an I/O or outboard? Take a look at the engine if it doesn't tell you on their what it is, look for a serial number and post that.

I am new here on the iboat forum. I came across your topic. I have a 1991 Reinell 181sr with the 4.3HO engine. The OMC Cobra part numbers for my Exhaust manifolds are as follows: 984222 (Exhaust Manifold, Stbd) & 984221 (Exhaust Manifold, Port) The parts catalog is specified for the following engine models: 4.3L 2V (432AMLPWS), 4.3L HO 4V (434AMLPWS) , 4.3L 2V (432APRPWS) & 4.3 HO 4V (434APRPWS). I can send you an exploded view with parts list from the parts catalog if you leave me your e-mail. It is to large to post here. I hope this helps you.
