92 johnson 25h fouling plugs

it starts good idiles good but after about 10min have to choke it to keep it running then the plugs foul out have to change out before it will run then 10min same thing again any help would be very appreciative

check your compression and spark. sounds like it is not burn fuel properly. are the carbs overflowing?
