92 johnson 25hp wont turn off

I have a 1992 johnson 25hp that will not turn off if u pull the lanyard or push the kill switch it just keeps running we hafe to pull the fuel line out on the lake to fet ti to stop.

I hate to state the obvious, but it sounds like your kill switch is bad. If you cut the power to the plugs off, no doubt it will stop. Is your kill switch/emergency stop "all in one"? IF not, then you have a bad ground wire connection that goes to both kill switch and emerg. cut off switch.

the kill switch/emergency stop is one pice. do you know ware i can get a new one?

Anyplace that sells Johnson/Evinrude parts. It's a very common replacment item.
