'92 Johnson: Opinions

Any general thoughts, good, bad or ugly, regarding a 1992 120 horse Johnson? I haven't even looked at the rig yet, so let's say for the sake of argument the motor's straight (I'm told it's ready to go). I'm really just looking for any particular insight my fellow iboaters can provide on that motor.

All I know about that motor is that it's a serious Johnson! I'm sure it'll have some quirks that some guys won't like but, I'd grab it if the price is good for you. Take your wife for a canoe ride and paddle up close and ask her what she thinks!!!

If it has been well maintained that could be a great motor, If my memory is right that should be a looper so it should have a good power to weight ratio and not be as thirsty as a cross flow.
