92 OMC Cobra 5.8L low rpm after 20 min cruising

Okay, going to take the boat out on the water after work today, I'll post back if nothing has changed. I'm curious to find out if this is temperature related (coil breaking down at higher temps) or fuel.

Well same thing, this time it wouldn't get over 1500 as soon as I put it in. I spoke with a mechanic and he thinks it sounds like something is clogged in the carb. I'm taking the boat into the marina today and leave it with them to troubleshoot. I'll post back once (if) it gets repaired with what the problem was so anyone else searching can know.
