Ive been working on a 92 yam 9.9 4 stroke lately and I have came across what seems to be a phamtom part. I have the pictures posted below. In the manual on the 9.9 it shows the starter plunger looking different. Is this an aftermarket plunger? Also the part I seem to be missing in the secondary B.V.S Valve. Is there a reason for this not being there? Would this be the reason why I am having to keep my hand infront of the air horn to choke it for it to run? thanks for any help.
