Silly question... You got good oil pressure?
Like Makonnen said the engine cuts out if the signal from the sensor is bad, or it has no oil pressure.

You could be getting good oil pressure, but the oil pressure switch or the wiring going to the oil pressure switch could be faulty.

Remember that there are TWO oil pressure sensors in the same area - the port side of the engine near the back under the exhaust manifolds. One is an oil pressure sender that senses the amount of oil pressure ... this feeds the oil pressure guage on your dash. The other is an oil pressure SWITCH. It only senses the presence of oil pressure. It is this switch that will kill the fuel pump when the ignition key is in the RUN poisition.

I know you brought it in already, but should have tried to apply battery power directly to the fuel pump. Perhaps use a squirt bottle to spray gas down the carb to see if it keeps running. This will really go far in helping to isolate the problem.

Not sure if you guys missed it, but it def has fuel. I can hear/feel the pump running and can see the fuel squirting in the carb. I also ran a hot wire to the coil and it started right up. Also I didn't mention in the original post, it isn't the stock fuel pump. I actually ran a wire right to the key switch so it gets power np. (Getting the fuel pump stock is on my list to fix once I get it going)

wannaboozecruiser I will def update, should know something by thurs at the latest and will update the results

Tho I could be totally wrong, that is why I dropped it off at the shop

I had a very similar issue and worked thru all of the recommendations without success. Then I remembered I had to adjust the throttle cable for a previous repair. Sure enough, the cable had slipped ad the ingear kill switch was active. I removed the leads and the boat fired up. In the am I will adjust the throttle cable. Hope this helps and thanks for all the other ideas.

Totally forgot to upgrade this thread. When I took it the shop, the mechanic said he switched spots underneath the dash and it fired right up. I believe it was the ignition power wire or what ever cable would be down there, guess it was just corroded. So I got the oem fuel pump set up and the right carb, boat has been great since
