Hey guys just have some questions about my bilge hole in my boat. I was backing around a light pole coming back from crabbing and rubbed up against my rubber bumper on my boat... Checking out the damage I noticed my bilge hole, seems like something is missing? Not sure if it was always like this or if I could have scraped the pole but it doesn't look like it. You can see in the pic that the hose is in the inside just kindle dangling there so it would just pump water back inside. Water will obviously get in the hole?
Any ideas and is it safe to boat like this? I haven't had a problem with water before I can't recall if it was always like this or if it just happened after my last boating session. How would I fix it and how do I get to it?
