My warning horn is going off for one short beep on occasion (maybe a half dozen times per hour). The motor runs fine, and the oil injection seems to be working OK. I replaced the horn and the float in the oil tank...still she beeps. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Hi jw....Does it beep with motor running or anytime the key is on?

Your post says ya' replaced the oil reservoir float. Did you set the float height as per the instructions?

If it beeps with just the key on, start disconnecting alarm inputs and see if any help. You may have to run the motor for short periods of time with the alarms disconnected to find out which one is causing the problem.

Keep us posted.

OBJ,

Left the key on for awhile and I got a few beeps. So, now I should start yanking inputs. I know that I've got wires to the oil tank, oil pump, and temp sensors on the block. I assume you I should pull them at the source, and not at the horn (I've only got two inputs at the horn). Thanks for your help, this is one of those things that'll drive you nuts.

Changing the topice a little...what's your thoughts on plugging the VRO and going to premix? I've got a 92 gallon tank.
