93 gamefisher prop

Hi everybody i have a 93 gamefisher 15hp with a 8/6 prop on 14ft valco aluminum boat i do not have a tack, boat and me weights 550 fully loaded, i looking to make it a little faster not worried about hole shot. what props would you recomened and what manufactures. Thank you.

We need the model number of the motor;a number of builders sold to Sears.
probably a Force or Merc. 8 X 6 doesn't sound right for a standard application.
A 9" pitch is right in the middle of the Merc 15 prop list.
Without at least your rpm there is no way to safely pick a prop or to know whether to go up or down in pitch.A Tinytach is about $40 and easy to install
and a speed by GPS or clocked by another boat is important.
If I was going to roll the dice I would go with a 9" pitch.
