Its difficult to understand as written.

If you can't turn the key on "it does nothing" how do you start it ?
Is this your first boat?
what did the seller tell you?
do you know the history, service etc?
Are you running it on muffs or in the water?
Is the fuel fresh?
Is it pre-mix or VRO oil tank?
Have you tested the alarms yet?
Does it have a water seperator installed?
Have you drawn any fuel to check it for water?
Did you try bumping the choke to keep it running until warmed up?
When you push the ignition key IN do you hear the choke "click" ?
Have you changed the gear oil, inspected it for water "milky"?

Yea this is my first boat that I have owned but I have driven and been around them for awhile. What it is doing the motor was runnng but would die off. Put new gas in itt and started running better and even sounded better. but then it died then the motor and when I put the key in the ignition switch wouldn't even turn on making the sound and when I flip on the power switch it doesn't turn on but when I flip the power button on it doesn't light up but as Soon as I flip on my live wells then they work but the light on the power button won't turn on and my GPS doesn't turn on either

I run all my other elecs on a house battery, I like to keep the engine isolated from all the other elec junk I have. Makes sorting issues out much simpler.

You might want to draw some fuel out and put it in a glass bottle for 5 minutes, if theres water in the tank it will seperate out at the bottom.
I had 25% water in my tank judging from the way it seperated out.

How old is the battery? Is it charged?

The main engine fuse is under the hood, should be just above the starter next to the main harness in an inline rubber fuse holder.
If you have $50 do yourself a huge favor and order the factory service book, its VERY good and simple to follow.

The battery is fully charged...... I have found the main engine harness and everything.... I also have a thought in my head could it be a bad relay or ignition switch since when i put the key in the ignition switch and it does nothing.

Sounds like you need to take a meter and start finding what has power and what doesn't. Tighten things down as you go becuase something may have come loose. Make sure to check the kill switch as well. I would also try another battery just to be sure becuase I have had them show a charge and test ok but still not give enough voltage especially if they were discharged all the way.

Do you have power at the ignition switch? Does it give a short horn when you turn the key?

If the fuse is good and the starter won't turn, you either have a problem with the neutral safety switch in the remote, a break in the wiring, a dead battery, a failed solenoid or a failed starter motor.

The diagram shows the circuit.

The first thing to do would be to check all of your battery cable connections on both the battery and the MOTOR for being good and clean and TIGHT. That's assuming you have a good battery
