93 mercury tilt and trim

Ok so my tilt and trim wasn't working and so I decided I was going to change the fluid it's a 93 75 up mercury 2 stroke and I unscrewed manual release valve and lifted it up it came all the way out on accident then I took out filler plug and motor fell and I think I have air in cylinder now Idk what to do got no pressure on trim till halfway extended I can hear the air

Your system should be self bleeding. If it's ran up and down full travel a few times making sure that the reservoir is full each time, it should move the air into the reservoir. If you have a three ram system you will need to hold the control switch on for a second or two after the tilt reaches full travel to expel all of the air.
