93 Sunbird OMC 4.3L

My engine runs fine until you try to go it boggs down, I replace the fuel
pump the water filter, and rebuilt the carburetor, but I still have no
power on take off, is it the carburetor, the gas tank, or something
else. Please tell me what you think.

When was the last complete tune up? wires,plugs,timing set,dwell set ect?
Also you could hook up a portable 6 gallon tank and see if you still have the problem.That would tell you if its a problem with the existing fuel tank and anti-siphon valve ect..
