94 270 aerator switch wiring

I have a 94 stratos 270 with 150 Johnson, neither of my aerators work. I found that I'm not getting any voltage to the front switches.
Would anybody happen to have a wiring diagram of this circuit? Also has anybody had a problem like this? Would anybody know what kind of timer was used on these boats?

I have an 05 180SF and the aerator/livewell pump recently quit working. My switch is just manual on/off but I had the same problem...no power to the switch. I finally tracked it down to 2 problems. First, the Rule cartridge pump housing had cracked causing the impeller to bind which blew a fuse. Second, the wires at the fuse panel under the console were not labeled correctly. The wire labeled "AER" was actually the bilge pump. And the wire labeled "BILG" was actually the aerator pump.

Mine also has two fuses under the rear cover near the transom. One marked BILGE and one AFT BILGE. These were both fine. I would start by checking all fuses first then take a look at the pumps. Hope that helps.
