It my first time take out snice my Bro in law gave his boat to me...
i took to lake last weekend.. and Also i change spark plugs and check and check impellers and etc replace.. then nothing big deals..

it ran fine.. no overheat.. i only one thing problem is... that force 50hp made boat SLOW!!! like 20mph or 25mph with WOT all way.. just with me and one buddy about 350-400lbs.. later have 4 people riding.. so it like 5mph or slow..

I was wonder maybe prop need change.. or Speed adjustment or Throttle links need adjust???> something..

Thanks!

Re: 94' Bayliner with 50hp Force 2 stroke

Aloha, Chris.

What rpm is that Force making at 20-25mph?

Could be engine not getting full throttle and ignition advance.
Could be incorrectly propped.
Could be poorly rigged.
Could be normal top speed for that boat with that outboard.
