I have a seloc book coming to understand the wiring. Have a harness from an 89 same motor.

A few things. First I"m missing the rubber block that seals off the fuel/elect lines going into the motor housing(wrong word??) Where do I buy that?

Second-- I have a wire plug on the newer motor, and I only have 5 bare wires that are the same exact color code from the old-- IE I'm missing the end to plug to the new motor-- can that end be bought, soldered in place and then sealed?

Third-- without the book in yet... wife found a couple more wires from the 94, basically tans and greys with striping, could there be wires that will not be used at all?

Fourth- warning buzzer or horn-- up by ignition-- how can I test to see if its still valid and works with the newer 94?

Fifth- I have no clue of if the 94 worked with an oil resevoir or not, I do not want to use it anyway... I will just mix oil in with my fuel in the main 80 gallon tank like normal-- will I need to be looking to rewire something so I don't find alarms going off?

Sixth- looked a bit the other day for places for temp senders for temp gauge... didn't see a good place, any specific place to look?

Finally-- read a bit on anodes in the motor block like pencils-- if the seloc book doesn't cover them- where and how to check?

Will be putting in a brand new water pump kit before firing this motor up FWIW.

Thanks, Jeff
